PreSales Bid Manager (Mid-Level) 

Hiring: PreSales Bid Manager (Mid-Level) 

Location: Pune /Noida/ Udaipur/Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurugram/Chennai (Hybrid) 

Experience: 4+ Years 

Function: Pre-Sales / Bid Management / Proposal Management 

 Role Objective 

We are looking for a hands-on Presales who can independently manage end-to-end execution of RFPs, RFIs, and strategic proposals by coordinating with Sales, Solution, Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure high-quality, on-time, winning submissions. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Own and manage the complete bid lifecycle 
  • Deal qualification, bid kickoff, planning, content coordination, reviews, and final submission 
  • Manage RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proactive proposals 
  • Create and track:  
  • Bid plan, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies 
  • Coordinate with:  
  • Sales, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal, Delivery, Marketing, and Partners 
  • Own:  
  • Proposal structure, compliance matrix, quality checklist, and final output 
  • Ensure:  
  • 100% compliance, zero misses, and professional, client-ready proposals 
  • Consolidate:  
  • Inputs for solution, commercials, assumptions, and scope 
  • Support:  
  • Pricing coordination, partner inputs, and client clarifications 
  • Maintain:  
  • Proposal repository, credentials, case studies, CVs, and standard content 
  • Drive:  
  • Post-bid reviews, win-loss analysis, and process improvements 

 Required Skills & Experience 

Must Have: 

  • 4+ years of experience in:  
  • Bid Management / Proposal Management / Pre-Sales 
  • Strong experience managing:  
  • End-to-end RFP responses in IT Services / Digital / Engineering / Enterprise solutions 
  • Excellent:  
  • Stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills 
  • Strong:  
  • Project management, structuring, and deadline ownership 

 Good to Have: 

  • Exposure to:  
  • IT Services, Digital, Cloud, Data, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Consulting 
  • Understanding of:  
  • Commercials, pricing, and basic financial constructs 
  • Experience working with:  
  • Multi-team, multi-geography proposals 

 Qualifications 

  • Graduate in Engineering / Business / Technology 
  • MBA / PGDM preferred (not mandatory)
