Job Overview: 

BXI Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Consultant to provide expert legal advice across a range of business matters, with a strong focus on corporate law. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of legal principles, regulatory frameworks, and strategic risk management, particularly in both technology and non-technology domains. 

This role demands strong legal research, contract drafting, and compliance expertise, along with the ability to deliver practical, business-aligned legal solutions. 

Core Responsibilities: 

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across technology and non-technology sectors 

• Review, draft, and structure contracts, agreements, and legal frameworks 

• Provide compliance guidance to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations 

• Identify and mitigate legal risks in business transactions and strategic initiatives 

• Offer strategic legal advice aligned with organizational goals 

• Support dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, and other non-litigation methods 

• Focus on advisory and strategic legal support rather than litigation 

• Expert with design, build, execute and manage legal firm 

Areas of Expertise: 

• Corporate Law: Business formation, contracts, M&A, governance 

• Tax Law: Regulatory compliance and advisory 

• Intellectual Property: Patents, trademarks, copyrights 

• Real Estate Law: Transactions, leasing, development 

• Healthcare Law: Regulatory compliance and risk management 

• Information Technology Law: Data privacy, cybersecurity, IT contracts 

• Other Domains: Retail, food & kitchen, employment law, environmental law, international law (as per business needs) 

Technical Skills & Tools: 

• Proficiency in legal research tools and software 

• Experience with contract and compliance management systems 

• Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks 

• Membership in a recognized bar association

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex legal issues and deliver actionable solutions
