Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site)

Engagement: Full time. 

Experience:10+ years  

Reporting To: Head of IT – India, APAC & Middle East 

  

Role Overview
The ServiceNow Program Manager will represent Customer India GCC in driving the global ServiceNow implementation program. This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, as well as external implementation partners based in Germany HQ. The Program Manager will ensure smooth execution, governance, and alignment of ServiceNow rollout with Group’s business objectives. 

 Key Responsibilities
•   Act as the primary liaison between Customer India GCC and global ServiceNow implementation partner.
•   Drive program governance, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and compliance are met.
•   Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, IT) to align requirements and resolve issues.
•   Manage project planning, execution, and reporting for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, Finance, etc.).
•   Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
•   Ensure risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication throughout the program lifecycle.
•   Track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure successful adoption.
•   Provide status updates to senior leadership and global IT teams.
•   Support training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for local teams. 

 Required Skills & Experience
•   10–15 years of IT program management experience, with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow implementations.
•   Proven track record of managing global ServiceNow rollouts (preferably with external partners).
•   Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, Finance, Asset Management).
•   Experience in SAP integration and enterprise IT landscapes.
•   Excellent stakeholder management skills across global and regional teams.
•   Strong communication and leadership abilities to represent Customer internally and externally.
•   Familiarity with contractual engagements, vendor management, and compliance processes. 

  Preferred Qualifications
•   ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications.
•   PMP / PRINCE2 certification in program/project management.
•   Experience in engineering/EPC industry IT systems is a plus.
•   Exposure to global delivery models and cross-cultural collaboration.
