Role Summary 

We are looking for an ambitious, high performing Inside Sales Specialist with strong expertise in IT Services, Digital Services, or Technology Products, and proven experience selling into Middle East, South Asia, and/or Japan markets. 

This role is ideal for a quota-crushing sales professional who understands regional buying behaviour, enterprise decision cycles, and consultative selling of technology solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Pipeline Generation & Qualification 

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo, partner referrals).
  • Build a strong, predictable pipeline for IT services and digital transformation offerings.

Consultative Solution Selling 

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and align BXI’s solutions across Cloud, AI/Data, Cybersecurity, and Digital Engineering.
  • Position value-led solutions tailored to enterprise and mid-market customers in MEA, South Asia, and Japan.

Sales Execution & Closure 

  • Own the inside sales cycle from first contact to opportunity qualification and closure support.
  • Create proposals, support negotiations, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Regional Market Engagement 

  • Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Digital Transformation Leaders, and Procurement stakeholders in Middle East, South Asia, and Japan.
  • Demonstrate understanding of regional compliance, buying patterns, decision hierarchies, and cultural nuances.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery leaders to build winning solutions.
  • Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and GTM strategy.

Sales Operations & Reporting 

  • Maintain accurateCRM records, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and activity tracking. 
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion, pipeline velocity, deal size, and win rate.

 

Required Experience & Skills 

  • 4+ years of Inside Sales / B2B Technology Sales experience.
  • Strong experience selling IT Services, Digital Transformation Services, SaaS, or Technology Products.
  • Hands-on experience selling into Middle East and/or South Asia and/or Japan markets(mandatory). 
  • Proven track recordas a high performer against revenue targets. 
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in clear business language.
  • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms.
