Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Active Directory & Server Administrator with hands-on experience in Windows Server environments, identity management, and messaging systems. The role involves installing, configuring, and managing on-premises and hybrid infrastructure while ensuring stability, security, and availability of core IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Active Directory & Server Management

• Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including users, groups, OUs, GPOs, and DNS
• Perform AD health checks, replication monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Manage file servers, print services, and shared storage access

Exchange & Messaging

• Hands-on experience in Exchange Server installation, configuration, and administration
• Manage mailboxes, mailbox databases, transport rules, and email security policies
• Troubleshoot mail flow, client access, and performance issues

Hybrid Identity & Azure

• Configure and manage Azure AD Connect (sync, filtering, password hash sync, hybrid identity)
• Support hybrid environments integrating on-prem AD with Azure Entra ID
• Assist with user provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and access control

Operations & Security

• Perform server patching, backup validation, and disaster recovery testing
• Monitor server performance and resolve incidents/escalations
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change records

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs
• Hands-on Exchange Server administration
• Experience with Azure AD Connect & hybrid identity
• Windows Server installation and troubleshooting
• PowerShell basics for administrative automation

Good to Have

• Microsoft 365 / Entra ID experience
• Intune or endpoint integration exposure
• Backup solutions (Veeam, Windows Backup, etc.)
