Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive who is eager to build a career in sales and field business development. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about client interaction, growth, and revenue generation.

Eligibility

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
  • Preferred from IIM Udaipur / IIM Ahmedabad or other reputed institutes
  • Background or interest in Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through field and inside sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches
  • Support in closing deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Work closely with internal teams for seamless execution

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of energy, confidence, and ownership
  • Willingness to work in field sales environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setup
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
