Job Summary  

We are hiring Data Entry Operators to support Microsoft 365 (M365) operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for freshers looking to start a career in IT and cloud operations. The candidate will assist with basic data management, user records, and administrative tasks within the Microsoft 365 environment. Training will be provided.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Perform data entry and maintain records in Microsoft 365 systems  
• Assist in user creation and basic account management  
• Update and track user and license information  
• Maintain accurate documentation of operational tasks  
• Support day-to-day Microsoft 365 administrative activities  
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned tasks  
• Coordinate with team members for smooth execution of tasks

Qualifications & Skills  

• Fresher / Entry-level candidate  
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office / Microsoft 365  
• Good typing speed and accuracy  
• Strong attention to detail  
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment  
• Basic communication and coordination skills  

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)  

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms or IT support  
• Familiarity with email tools and data handling
