Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to drive our marketing vision, execution, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with hands-on expertise in digital channels, performance marketing, and brand building. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the in-house digital marketing team to achieve business goals 
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels 
• Oversee and collaborate with external digital agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and ROI 
• Drive performance marketing initiatives including paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics 
• Strengthen brand presence through integrated digital campaigns 
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights 
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative marketing approaches 

Key Requirements 

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing 
• Proven track record of managing in-house digital marketing teams 
• Strong experience in working with and managing digital agencies 
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, branding, and digital strategy 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
