We are looking for a highly motivated New Business Sales Executive who can generate, nurture, and close new client opportunities.

Who This Role Is For
This is not an account management role.
This is not a passive inbound lead role.
We are looking for a pure hunter who wakes up thinking about pipelines, meetings, and closures

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients (startups, D2C brands, SMEs, corporates)
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
Build and maintain a strong prospect database
Book qualified meetings for senior sales/strategy team

  1. New Business Development
    Understand client marketing challenges and pitch relevant digital solutions
    Present agency capabilities and case studies
    Coordinate with internal strategy team for proposal creation
    Follow up consistently and move prospects through the pipeline
  2. Sales & Revenue Growth
    Close small-to-mid-size digital retainers and project-based deals
    Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
    Maintain strong pipeline hygiene in CRM
    Track KPIs: leads, meetings, proposals, closures, revenue
  3. Relationship Management
    Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, CXOs)
    Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
    Ensure smooth handover to account management team
    Required Skills
    Strong communication & presentation skills
    Confidence in cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
    Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Performance Ads, Social Media, Website, Content)
    Negotiation and closing skills
    Self-driven with hunter mindset
    Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce is a plus)

Preferred Background
Experience selling digital marketing services, branding, web development, or media solutions
Agency background preferred
Experience selling to D2C / startups / mid-market brands
