About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive with a strong technical background and proven experience in selling Odoo ERP or similar enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to deal closure — while building long-term relationships with clients across industries. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales efforts. 
  • Conduct online demos and presentations to showcase Odoo ERP modules and capabilities. 
  • Understand client business processes, pain points, and map them to Odoo solutions. 
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create customized proposals. 
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate lead and pipeline information. 
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Keep up-to-date with Odoo product features, updates, and competitive landscape. 
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology — B.Tech / M.Tech / B.E. / M.E. 
  • Other accepted degrees include: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics), BCA / MCA, BCS / MCS, BBA (IT) / MBA (Information Systems or Technology Management), or any equivalent technical or IT-related degree. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales or business development in the ERP / SaaS / IT solutions domain. 
  • Proven experience in selling Odoo ERP or similar enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of business processes in domains like Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or Services. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. 
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Odoo CRM preferred). 
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Preferred Attributes: 

  • Odoo functional or sales certification (added advantage). 
  • Experience working with international clients. 
  • Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
