About the Role:  

We are seeking a driven and consultative Inside Sales professional to drive growth for our Zoho product suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, understanding business requirements, and providing tailored Zoho CRM and related solution demos to convert opportunities into successful deals.  

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients exploring Zoho applications — including CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, and Workplace — helping them understand how our solutions can streamline their business operations.  

Key Responsibilities:  

Lead Generation & Prospecting:  

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new leads through inbound and outbound channels (email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, etc.).  
  • Solution Selling:  
  • Understand client pain points and business processes to position relevant Zoho solutions (CRM, Zoho One, Finance Suite, HR Suite, etc.).  
  • Product Demonstrations:  
  • Conduct customized online product demos, explaining value propositions and use cases aligned with client goals. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management:  
  • Manage and track all opportunities using Zoho CRM; maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.  

Proposal & Negotiation:  

  • Prepare pricing proposals, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales deals.  

Collaboration:  

  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.  

Targets & Reporting:  

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate performance reports and forecasts.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology.  
  • 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B SaaS / CRM Sales.  
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications preferred.  
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycle, consultative selling, and account management.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to understand business workflows across industries.  
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and sales automation tools (Zoho CRM knowledge is a strong plus).  

 

Preferred Attributes:  

  • Zoho Certified Professional (CRM, Zoho One, etc.)  
  • Experience selling IT or SaaS products to SMBs or enterprise clients.  
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
