Hiring: Inside Sales – Microsoft Solutions

Role Objective
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales professional with strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Security, AI) to drive pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and deal support across global markets (India, US, Europe, Middle East).
This role requires hands-on experience in Microsoft licensing, pricing, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Lead Qualification
- Drive new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads aligned to Microsoft solutions
- Build and maintain a strong global sales pipeline
- Microsoft Solutions Selling (Mandatory)
- Sell and position:
- Microsoft Azure (Cloud)
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Microsoft Security & AI solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft pricing & licensing models
- Co-sell motions & partner programs
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams, PDMs, and solution specialists
- Opportunity Management
- Own early-stage sales cycle:
- Discovery calls
- Requirement gathering
- Solution positioning
- Support closure by working closely with field sales & presales teams
- Global Market Support
- Engage prospects across:
- India
- US
- Europe
- Middle East
- Align with Microsoft regional teams and partner ecosystem
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Work with delivery, presales, and solution teams to build proposals
- Support RFP/RFI responses and solution presentations
- Maintain strong coordination across internal stakeholders
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM
- Track lead conversion, deal progress, and forecasting
- Ensure strong pipeline hygiene and reporting discipline
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Services / Cloud / Microsoft Sales
- Strong experience in:
- Microsoft Azure, M365, Security sales
- Microsoft licensing & pricing models
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Microsoft partner ecosystem & co-sell motions
- Proven experience in:
- Inside sales / demand generation / lead qualification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to:
- AI / GenAI / Cybersecurity solutions
- Multi-cloud (AWS, GCP)
- Experience working with global clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering / Business / Technology
- MBA preferred
