Job Title: Network & Switches Engineer
Experience: 2–6 Years
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Role Overview

We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in LAN infrastructure, switch configuration, and network troubleshooting. The role focuses on maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing network performance across office and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Analysis

• Perform network analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Identify and resolve connectivity issues, latency, and packet loss
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure and internal IT networking needs

Switches & Firewall Configuration

• Configure and manage network switches (Cisco preferred)
• Experience with FortiGate firewall configuration and policies
• Perform switch upgrades, firmware updates, and replacements
• Backup and restore switch and firewall configurations

VLAN & LAN Infrastructure

• Configure and manage VLANs, trunking, and port security
• Perform LAN cable assessment, port checks, and patch panel validation
• Coordinate physical network layout, rack management, and labeling

Deployment & Maintenance

• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions
• Work with vendors and ISPs for circuit provisioning and issue resolution
• Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing plans, and documentation

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of LAN networking concepts
• Hands-on Cisco switch configuration
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls
• VLAN configuration and troubleshooting
• Network cabling assessment and port testing

Good to Have

• CCNA or equivalent certification
• Exposure to SD-WAN concepts
• Network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, etc.)
