Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership & Alliance Business Leader to drive partnership-led sales growth, manage strategic alliances, and build a robust partner ecosystem. This role combines business development, ecosystem expansion, and innovation through co-creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, channel sales, and alliance leadership, with the ability to influence revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Ecosystem Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, resellers, and channel alliances.
- Build and scale long-term relationships to maximize joint business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture a robust partner ecosystem aligned with organizational goals.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth
- Drive partnership-led sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Support joint sales calls, demos, and proposal development with partner teams.
- Track and report on revenue contribution from partnership-driven deals.
Strategic Market Expansion & GTM Planning
- Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence through partnerships.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
Performance, Compliance & Risk Governance
- Monitor partner performance through structured engagement and regular reviews.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Proactively manage risks within partnership frameworks.
Innovation & Co-Creation
- Lead co-creation initiatives with partners to develop innovative solutions.
- Strengthen value propositions through joint innovation and differentiated offerings.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Share partner feedback to improve offerings and strengthen collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in partnership management, alliance leadership, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies, ecosystem dynamics, and partner engagement models.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
