Role Summary  

We are seeking a high-performing Sales / Business Development Manager with proven experience selling IT services or digital transformation solutions into US, European, and/or Indian markets.  

This role is designed for a hunter-led enterprise sales professional who understands global buying behaviors, complex deal structures, and consultative selling in multi-stakeholder environments.  

  

Key Responsibilities  

New Logo Acquisition  

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure for IT services and digital solutions.  
  • Drive new business across enterprise and mid-market accounts.  

Enterprise & Consultative Selling  

  • Engage with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Digital Transformation leaders.  
  • Position BXI’s offerings across Cloud, AI/Data, Cybersecurity, Digital Engineering, and Modernization.  

Geography-Focused Selling  

  • Actively sell into US, Europe, and India markets.  
  • Demonstrate understanding of regional buying patterns, compliance expectations, contracting models, and decision hierarchies.  

Account Strategy & Growth  

  • Develop strategic account plans, stakeholder mapping, and long-term pipelines.  
  • Expand accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.  

Solutioning & Deal Structuring  

  • Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft differentiated proposals and RFP responses.  
  • Support commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract finalization.  

Sales Operations & Forecasting  

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate pipeline and forecasting.  
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.  

  

Required Experience & Skills  

  • 6+ years of B2B Sales experience in IT services, digital services, or technology consulting.  
  • Mandatory experience selling into US, European, and/or Indian markets.  
  • Proven track record of closing medium to large enterprise deals.  
  • Strong understanding of cloud, data, cybersecurity, and application modernization services.  
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
  • Ability to operate independently in a growth-focused environment.
