Job Summary: 

We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy across our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and front-end technologies. You will define design systems, mentor design teams, and ensure cohesive, scalable, and accessible user experiences across all products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the overall UI/UX architecture and design strategy. 

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. 

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. 

• Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions. 

• Ensure consistency and quality across all user interfaces and experiences. 

• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive user experiences. 

• Mentor and guide UI/UX designers and developers on best practices. 

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies. 

• Apply UI/UX principles to low-code/no-code platforms and AI-driven applications. 

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in an architectural or leadership role. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex design systems and enterprise-level applications. 

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools. 

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). 

• Experience with design systems like Material Design, Fluent UI, or custom frameworks. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

• Relevant experience in designing for low-code/no-code platforms and AI applications. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance requirements. 

• Experience with cross-platform design (web, mobile, desktop).
