Job Summary 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho Techno-Functional Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement end-to-end solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional expertise across multiple Zoho applications, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and integrated solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement solutions across Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Recruit, Projects, Analytics, Inventory, and other Zoho applications. 
• Develop custom functions using Deluge and implement advanced workflow automation. 
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks. 
• Lead solution architecture, data migration, testing, deployment, and optimization. 
• Analyze business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions. 
• Manage stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and implementation delivery. 
• Ensure data security, system performance, and adherence to best practices. 

Required Skills 

• Strong techno-functional expertise across the Zoho ecosystem. 
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting, Zoho customization, APIs, and integrations. 
• Experience delivering end-to-end, multi-application Zoho implementations. 
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and solution architecture. 
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Relevant Zoho certifications. 
• Experience with complex enterprise implementations, custom widgets, and third-party integrations. 
• Ability to lead technical delivery and mentor junior developers.
