Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead – Zoho Developer with strong expertise across the Zoho ecosystem to lead solution design, development, customization, integrations, and end-to-end project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of Deluge scripting, REST APIs, workflow automation, and solution architecture, along with proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, customization, and implementation of multiple Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, People, Desk, Inventory, Projects, Analytics, and other Zoho products.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, business rules, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Design and manage REST API integrations, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and third-party integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and establish development standards.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Oversee technical documentation, data migration, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, Zoho development, and enterprise application implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise across multiple Zoho products, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting, workflows, and application customization.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in solution architecture, business process automation, and end-to-end implementations.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and manage project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Zoho certifications.
• Experience leading complex, multi-product Zoho implementations.
• Exposure to Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, custom widgets, and SDKs.
• Experience integrating Zoho with ERP, finance, HRMS, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Zoho Developer.
