Job Summary 

We are looking for a skilled ZOHO HRMS Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing, customizing, and integrating ZOHO HRMS applications, specifically Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and API integrations to build scalable and efficient HR solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, customize, and maintain HRMS solutions using Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll 
• Write and optimize Deluge scripts for business logic, automation, and integrations 
• Design and implement workflow automations, approval processes, and custom functions 
• Build and customize UI components using HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript 
• Integrate ZOHO HRMS applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and Webhooks 
• Customize forms, layouts, reports, and dashboards based on HR requirements 
• Implement data migration, validation, and security controls 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing HRMS configurations 
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to gather and implement requirements 
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ZOHO HRMS development 
• Strong experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho Payroll 
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting 
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript 
• Experience with Workflow Automation, Blueprints, and Approval Flows 
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Webhooks 
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Core Concepts (CC) and HR processes 
• Experience with integrations using external languages like Java or other backend technologies (good to have) 
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills 

Preferred Qualifications 

• ZOHO Certification(s) in Recruit, People, or related modules 
• Experience in payroll, attendance, leave, and recruitment automation 
• Familiarity with security roles, permissions, and compliance requirements
