Oracle Fusion Architect – Migration, Modernization & Customization
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Jaipur, Udaipur, Kolkata, Chennai, Zirakpur, Gurugram

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Fusion Architect to lead end-to-end transformation programs. This role requires ownership of architecture, delivery, and client outcomes, going beyond just solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive Oracle Fusion architecture across ERP, HCM, and SCM modules
- Lead migration programs from Oracle EBS, SAP, or other legacy systems
- Define data migration, cutover, and go-live strategies
- Drive modernization initiatives with a SaaS-first approach and minimal customization
- Build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and develop extensions via VBCS / APEX
- Lead and manage teams of 8–20 members, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
- Act as the primary client-facing technical lead
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning and effort estimations
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the Oracle ecosystem
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP / HCM / SCM)
- Experience in 2–3 end-to-end implementations
- Hands-on experience with OIC, ODI, SQL/PLSQL, and APIs
- Exposure to large-scale programs (1000+ users)
