Supply Chain Management Consultant – Blue Yonder

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Jaipur, Udaipur, Kolkata, Chennai, Zirakpur, Gurugram

Role Overview 
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Consultant with strong expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions and deep domain knowledge of the Automotive and Automotive Ancillary industry. 
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, logistics, and warehouse operations while working on Blue Yonder implementations, support, enhancements, or transformation projects. 
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, supply chain leaders, and technology teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes and drive digital transformation initiatives. 
 Key Responsibilities 
Supply Chain Consulting & Transformation 
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across: 
  • Demand Planning 
  • Supply Planning 
  • Production Planning 
  • Inventory Management 
  • Procurement 
  • Logistics & Distribution 
  • Warehouse Management 
  • Drive process improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives within manufacturing environments. 
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process optimization strategies. 
  • Support business process re-engineering and digital supply chain programs. 
Blue Yonder (JDA) Platform 
  • Lead or support Blue Yonder implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. 
  • Configure and optimize Blue Yonder modules based on business requirements. 
  • Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions. 
  • Support integration between Blue Yonder and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other manufacturing platforms. 
  • Work closely with business users during UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. 
 Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management 
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications. 
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics functions. 
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams. 
Manufacturing & Automotive Supply Chain 
  • Work closely with automotive and ancillary manufacturing operations. 
  • Understand production scheduling, vendor management, material planning, inventory replenishment, and plant logistics. 
  • Support initiatives related to lean manufacturing, supply chain visibility, and operational excellence. 
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and warehouse teams to improve business outcomes. 
Reporting & Analytics 
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and operational metrics. 
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights. 
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to inventory, service levels, and operational efficiency. 
 Mandatory Skills 
Blue Yonder Expertise (Mandatory) 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) platform. 
  • Experience in one or more modules such as:

  • Experience in Supply Chain Digital Transformation initiatives. 
  • Exposure to Analytics, Reporting, and Automation projects. 
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP integrations. 
 Qualifications 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related discipline. 
  • MBA / PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management preferred.
